- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 2 slices reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Toast slices of bread.
Layer tomato and cheese on one slice of bread, drizzle with olive oil and top with other slice of bread.
Place in toaster oven and heat until cheese is melted.
