This colorful drink is like sunshine in a cup! Switch out your morning coffee with a revitalizing glass of turmeric tonic. Not only does turmeric increase antioxidant levels, it may also help ward off heart attacks and reduce inflammation in the body.


  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4 tsp raw ginger powder
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/3 cup sparkling water
  • cayenne pepper


1. Pour turmeric, ginger, lemon, agave syrup, and 1/3 cup water into a glass and stir.


2. Top off with more sparkling water and sprinkle with cayenne pepper, if desired.
