Try putting cottage cheese on your baked potato for a healthier alternative to sour cream.


  • 1 potato
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • chives


1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Wrap potato in aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. 


2. Unwrap the potato, cut open, and insert cottage cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes. 


3. Top with salt, pepper, and chives. Enjoy!
