2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats 1/3 cup sunflower seeds 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas) 1/3 cup goji berries 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp hemp hearts or the entire seed 1 tsp cinnamon pinch of salt 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter (optional) 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
Preheat oven to 250°F degrees. Combine all your dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Add your maple syrup, sunbutter and vanilla. Mix until well coated.
