Very Very Berry Soup

Loaded with antioxidants from blueberries and strawberries, this soup is both delicious and nutritious. 

2 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 1/2 cups strawberries
1/2 cup kefir
1 lime, zest and juice
1 tsp chili powder


Gently simmer blueberries and strawberries on low until soft, about 10 minutes.

Puree in a blender or with an immersion blender with the kefir, lime zest, lime juice and chili powder until very smooth.

Serve warm or cold or at room temperature topped with a little crème fraiche.

Makes 3 cups.
