Walnut Butter Pesto

2 cups packed fresh basil
1 garlic clove
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp walnut butter
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1-2 tbsp water (1 for thicker pesto, 2 if you like it a bit thinner)

Blend in blender or food processer and enjoy over pasta, fish, meat or vegetables.
