Wheat Germ Popcorn

Eating wheat germ can also increase your sense of being full, stabilize blood sugar, and decrease cravings.

1 serving popcorn
2 tbsp wheat germ

Sprinkle wheat germ onto bowl of popcorn. Gently toss popcorn to mix.
