If using Greek yogurt, which is thicker than traditional yogurt, you may need to thin out it’s consistency with a splash of milk. We prefer the rich flavor of whole milk yogurt in this recipe; lowfat yogurt can be substituted but do not use nonfat yogurt.
- 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
- 2 scallions, minced
- salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in small bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste. Let stand for at least 30 minutes for flavors to blend before serving.
