Yummy Summer Cooler

Don't let the name fool you, this cooler can be enjoyed any time of year as a refreshing treat. Swap fresh fruit for frozen when ingredients are not in peak season. This drink is every bit as delicious as it is healthy and is loaded with vitamin C.

2 cups cubed watermelon
1/2 banana
1 cup sliced peaches
1/2 cup strawberries

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Makes 2 1/2 cups
