Zucchini Chips


  • 1 cup thinly sliced zucchini
  • cooking spray


Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

Thinly slice 1 cup of zucchini.

Line up slices on cookie sheet.

Lightly spray both sides with cooking spray.

Sprinkle nutritional yeast for cheese flavor, or sea salt and garlic.

Place under broiler for about 3 to 5 minutes until chips start to brown.

Flip and cook second side to desired crispiness.
