Roasted Chickpeas

If you replace your favorite nuts with this recipe, you can eat triple the amount for the same number of calories! Enjoy this crunchy snack that allows you to eat more but weigh less.

Chickpeas (canned)
Olive oil
Salt
Cayenne Pepper

Drain the chickpeas.

Toss them with a little olive oil, salt and cayenne. T

Arrange the chickpeas on a shallow-sided cookie sheet in a single layer and roast at 400°F for about 1 hour.

Shake the pan a few times during cooking.
