Nutritionist and New York Times best-selling author Kimberly Snyder shares what she says are the top beauty-detox foods that will help you look younger and more beautiful. These foods will detox your skin, blood and cells so your body can function at its best.

In order to get the best results, it’s important to incorporate these foods into your diet at least three times a week. In as little as three days you may see brighter, glowing skin – and changes in your hair and body!


Before You Begin

Start by eliminating foods from your diet that are major agers such as:

• Processed foods
• Refined sugars
• Dairy
• Artificial sweeteners
• Gluten

Now, you can begin to eat the right foods that will help tackle issues from wrinkles to hair loss.
