1 cup Frozen spinach (thawed) 1 cup Frozen artichoke hearts (thawed) 1 lb Mozzarella (grated) 1 1/2 cups Ricotta Cheese 1/4 cup Parmesan 1 lb Store-bought pizza dough 2 tbsp Flour for dusting 2 tbsp Butter (melted) 1 Garlic clove (minced) 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley 1 tsp Red pepper flakes Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove any excess liquid from the spinach and artichokes and place in a large mixing bowl. Add in the cheeses and season with salt and pepper then stir to combine and set aside.
Dust a work surface or large cutting board with flour and roll out pizza dough into a thin sheet. using a pizza wheel, cut the dough into 12 pieces.
Fill each square of the pizza dough with about 2 tablespoons of the spinach mixture and bring the corners together and place each ball seam-side down on the cutting board. Roll each ball to smooth out and place onto a baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree with 10 balls for the tree and 2 for the trunk.
Place into the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, parsley, and the red pepper flakes. Season with a little salt and brush over the top of the “tree” once it comes out of the oven. Serve hot.
