2 tins crescent rolls
1/2 lb deli ham
1/2 lb Swiss cheese
5 dill pickles, minced
1/2 cup Dijon mustard

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Lay the crescent dough onto a work surface. Brush the dough with the mustard and lay the cheese and ham over the top. Sprinkle the pickles over the top of the ham and roll the dough to form a log. Place the log in the fridge for about 10 minutes; this will make it easier to cut the dough.

3. Cut rounds off of the chilled log about 1-inch thick. Place the pinwheels onto a baking sheet lined with parchment and place in the oven. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown. Serve!
