1 10-ounce bag frozen cranberries, defrosted 1/3 cup sugar 1 large orange, zest and juice 1/2 cup water 1. Place all of the ingredients into a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl and cover.2. Place in the microwave and cook for 5 minutes stirring halfway through.3. Remove from the microwave and set aside covered for 5 minutes.4. Remove the cover and stir.5. Place in a serving bowl or into the fridge for up to a week. The sauce can also be frozen.
