Jordin Sparks' White Chocolate Breakfast Cereal Bark

Jordin Sparks' white chocolate bark gets a fresh new look with the help of crunchy granola cereal. With just three ingredients, you can whip up this dessert in mere minutes and nobody ever has to know.

16-ounces white chocolate
1-1 ½ cups almond cranberry breakfast cereal or granola
1 tsp coarse sea salt

1. Line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.

 

2. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and place in a medium glass bowl. Place in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after every 30 seconds until melted.

 

3. Pour the chocolate onto the baking sheet and spread into an even layer. The chocolate will not cover the entire sheet pan you are just looking for an even layer. Sprinkle the cereal over the chocolate and sprinkle with the sea salt.

 

4. Let the chocolate sit at room temperature until hard, about 2 hours. Break the chocolate into pieces and serve. Keep up to two weeks in a parchment lined storage container.
