For the burger:
1. In a medium bowl, mix 1/3 cup parsley, turkey, pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and feta.
2. Use an ice cream scoop or 1/2-cup measure to make equal-size patties. Broil for 5-6 minutes on each side or until done.
3. Place burger on the bottom half of the bun. Top with thinly sliced cucumber and tzatziki. Cover with the top half of the bun.
For the tzatziki:
1. Strain the yogurt overnight or for a few hours in the refrigerator.
2. Peel one cucumber and dice. Put cucumber pieces into a colander and sprinkle with the salt. Cover with a plate or lid. Let it sit for 30 minutes, then drain well and blot dry with a paper towel.
3. In a food processor or blender, add the cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, 2 tbsp parsley, and a few grinds of black pepper. Process until well-blended, then stir into the yogurt. Taste before adding extra salt.
4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving with burgers.
