From inside his own bedroom, Dr. Oz shares his rejuvinating nighttime skincare rituals guranteed to turn back the clock as you sleep.  


  1. Wash your face with a gentle soap and apply a moisturizer that hydrates and emolliates.
  2. Use a moisturizer that contains vitamin A, which will fill in wrinkles and help your skin rejuvenate itself.
  3. Humidify! A humidifier will keep your skin from drying out. Additionally, keep a glass of water on your night table so that you don’t have to get out of bed during the night.
  4. Take your vitamins. If you only take your vitamins in the morning, they will be cleansed from your system by the time you go to sleep.
